Refund and Returns Policy

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order on BuyMedPill.com, customers will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging their purchase. Subsequently, within 24 hours, another email will be dispatched confirming the processing of the order and its imminent dispatch. Should any payment issues arise, such as incomplete transactions, customers will promptly receive an email notification addressing the matter.

Shipping Confirmation

Orders confirmed for dispatch are shipped on the same day they are placed. Once shipping is confirmed internally, customers receive an email containing the tracking number for their order. This email includes comprehensive shipping details and estimated delivery timelines. Additionally, customers have the option to manually track their order via phone by utilizing the “connect with us” feature provided in the email.

Customers can choose to have their orders shipped to either their home or work address, based on their preference. We offer a registered airmail option for enhanced security, requiring the recipient’s signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, a notification is sent, and the package can be retrieved by contacting the designated post office, as detailed in the notification. Packages are held at the post office for approximately 4 weeks before being returned.

APO Addresses and PO Boxes

We facilitate delivery to APO addresses and PO Boxes, provided this option is available within the chosen delivery method on BuyMedPill.com. Customers can designate their primary address accordingly.

Delivery Times

Shipping occurs within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. Delivery timelines are contingent upon the courier service utilized. Orders held by customs may experience delays of up to 21 days. Customers are advised to contact us if their order does not arrive within 7 days of placement.

Re-shipments for Lost Orders

In the event of a lost order, BuyMedPill.com arranges for reshipment or refunds. Customers must report any delays in receiving their order to customer care within 8 weeks of shipment. Reshipments or refunds are promptly processed upon receipt of such reports. Reports submitted after 8 weeks will not be considered for refunds or reshipments.

The following conditions apply for order replacements:

a) Delivery exceeds the shipping details provided by more than 7 days.

b) The shipping date provided is accurate.

Orders placed with incorrect addresses are subject to replacement charges.

Refund and Return Policy

For damaged or undelivered orders, refunds or reshipments are provided based on customer preference. Buyers must wait a minimum of 30 days from the order placement date before applying for a refund. Telephonic support is available for any queries regarding orders or products. Refunds are applicable to all customers as long as the returned product is sealed, unused, unopened, and within its expiry date.
